Air gun range near me11/23/2023 ![]() The range is indoors with 25 meter distance. I would bring at minimum 10000 Peso and set aside at least an hour. This meant it was particularly satisfying to be able to shoot the Turkish AR 12 gauge semi auto shotgun and the Colt 9mm SMG.īe sure to bring cash as credit cards are not accepted. 45, but being from Australia we have no access to the automatic or semi automatic rifle platforms. My son and I are comfortable shooting a number of pistols including 9mm and. The last thing you want when dropping cash is a weapon that jams. There is a good range of weapons to choose from with a full range of pistols and some excellent military grade platforms. The weapons were all new and looked after well compared to the other gun ranges on Mactan, which tend to have very old M16 and pump action shotguns. If you are staying on Mactan and are from a country that restricts guns then this is easily the best place to go. ![]() This activity can be harder to find and only last a short time but it is well worth it. The bus load of people that arrived just after us were loving it as well. It was good clean fun and we walked away smiling and full of energy. I shot 2 clips rapid fire and my wife did the same. We only planned on shooting the M4 but thought while we were there might as well make the most of it and had a shot with one of the pistols as well. My wife was very unsure but i got 10 rounds for her and she loved it, a natural. I had a great time first i used about 5 rounds taking time to aim up the targets then i switched to full auto and unloaded. We arrived just in front of bus load of tourists so we grabbed the M4 and headed to the range. We had Larry from Ultima Shooters club at Crown take us across and set up everything and he was very a helpful and lovely guy. We went to the shooting gallery at Crown Regency because I wanted to shoot the M4 but it can no longer be shot inside so we resceduled a trip to the outdoor range on the other side of lapu lapu. Overall it's a fun experience and we would make a 3rd trip. The more experienced local members had an instructor in their lane but not as hands on. It is not a full blown firearm lesson but instead just the basics to get you firing off some shots. As novice shooters he was always close by and ensuring safe handling. Your instructor will load the guns for you and give basic guidance/tips on shooting. Shooting spaces are covered from rain/sun and there is seating for viewing. The instructor did replace them for us with new ones, but it ruined the flow a bit. We had no jamming this time but out of 100 bullets about 10 were duds and failed to fire. On our first visit a lot of the guns jammed (failed to cycle the next round). I would suggest a single gun and get more ammo instead to have a longer session. We did this on our first visit and racked up a hefty bill! (600 gun rental fee, 25 pesos per 9mm round, 35 pesos per target, 500 pesos range fee = 3740php / £56)Įach gun has its own rental fee so it can get very expensive if you rent multiple guns just to fire off a few rounds. Eye glasses and ear plugs were provided for free. ![]() ![]() We rented a single 9mm pistol, 4x targets and 100 bullets for 2 people. Overall a fun experience/activity and a bit of a novelty if you're from a country where guns are not common. 2nd visit here as tourists, the first time was 8yrs ago.
